- Where does the user see it (point of use)?
- What controls exist (edit, accept, reject, escalate)?
4) Validation
- What is the evaluation plan (realistic test cases)?
- Who reviews, and how is review documented?
5) Governance & monitoring
- What is logged, monitored, and alerted?
- What is the escalation/rollback path?
6) Impact & ROI
- What KPIs define success?
- How will you measure before/after and adoption?
